Wondering which service best fits your needs? We are here to help! To start out a FREE meet and greet is scheduled. During that time the needs of the client would be discussed and the job evaluated. After that a quote and a "course of action plan" would be given.

Here is a break down on the difference between a "basic clean" and a "deep clean".

Basic Clean

Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
Cobwebs removed
Blinds and window sills (dusted)
Molding and woodwork (dusted)
Baseboards (dusted)
Lamps and lampshades (dusted)
Pictures (dusted)
Knick-Knacks (dusted)
Furniture (dusted / vacuumed)
Outside of appliances cleaned (we will not remove any items on appliances)
Top of refrigerator
Stove-top and backsplashes washed
Sinks cleaned and disinfected
Tub / Shower and Tiles cleaned
Bathroom counters, fixtures and toilets cleaned and disinfected
Wastebaskets emptied and relined
Stairs vacuumed and or mopped
Floors vacuumed and or mopped
Vacuum all carpeted areas (small area rugs will be shaken or brushed clean)

Deep Clean

A 'deep clean' includes all of the 'basic clean' with detail and focus on buildup.
Ceiling fan blades (washed)
Cobwebs removed
Light fixtures (washed in place not removed)
Blinds (vacuumed or dusted and washed)
Moldings, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)
Baseboards washed
Outside of appliances cleaned
Top of refrigerator
Lamp and Lampshades (dusted)
Pictures (hand wiped)
Knick-Knacks (hand wiped)
Furniture vacuumed
All cabinet fronts cleaned
Countertops and backsplashes washed
Tub / Showers cleaned and disinfected
Wastebaskets emptied, washed and relined
Stairs vacuumed, wood polished
Floors vacuumed and or mopped including closets
Vacuum all carpeted areas (small area rugs shaken or brushed clean)
